Thanks for sharing these two great articles. Technology has really became a major part in society and everyday living. With the rapid pace and grow of ICTs it is crucial that teachers integrate new literacies in their classroom. Teachers are facing a challenge when bringing in new technology to their classrooms. Some of the challenges are that teachers aren’t so familiar with the use of ICTs or they are ineffectively using it. Schools should set up workshops for teachers and give them the correct tools to help them effectively integrate new literacies. The benefits of doing this are endless. The second article gave some examples of how teachers can use different social  networking and media platforms to integrate technology.

This amazing technological tool is great to implement in any classroom. This website allows for students to use endless amount of creativity while learning new concepts. Students can focus on skills they learnt and put together a game as a formative assessment or just review. The ideas are endless. The teacher can also use this to create a game based on the material taught so the students can learn in a fun and engaging way. Students cal also use this for language development by typing instructions and explaining to their friends how to play.
