Week 7 post 2

Second life is a super interactive fun and engaging way to make your classroom virtual and 3D!
Students can collaborate with eachother in real time using text, voice notes and messaging.
Students choose their own avatar and personalize it making it super engaging and real for the students. Second life has many great features for the teachers and students to collaborate and make learning personal exciting and make use of technology.

WOW! What a great website to be introduced to. Gamestar Mechanic is a super website that allows users to create their own original games, play them and share it with their friends. This amazing technological tool is great to implement in any classroom. This website allows for students to use endless amount of creativity while learning new concepts. Students can focus on skills they learnt and put together a game as a formative assessment or just review. The ideas are endless. The teacher can also use this to create a game based on the material taught so the students can learn in a fun and engaging way. Students cal also use this for language development by typing instructions and explaining to their friends how to play.
